2. Where is 3 Little Pigs Baby located?

3 Little Pigs Baby Store had moved to the UK, all products are now manufactured and shipped from the UK. Our product will continue to ship to Hong Kong, UK, US and Australia via Royal Mail. Prior to shipping, customers will be contacted to confirm the products, and a tracking code and delivery signature (Tracked and Signed) will be provided after shipment to ensure that customers receive their products.

3. What is the delivery method? Any free shipping offered in the shop?

All products will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. After shipment, a tracking code and delivery signature will be provided.


Air freight to Hong Kong:

For orders over $500, the entire order will be shipped to Hong Kong free of charge. For orders under $500, an additional fee of $100 will be charged.

Domestic regular mail - Within the UK:

For orders over £50, the entire order will be shipped within the UK free of charge. For orders under £50, an additional fee of £5 will be charged.

We also offer air freight services to the United States and Australia. Orders over USD 100 / AUD 150 will be shipped free of charge.

4. How can I select Fabric / Embroidered Names / Special Request in the shop?

Please write your fabric selection / names / special requests in the remarks. Alternatively, you can email / whatsapp / facebook messenger / Instagram DM us with your order no. to make your requests.

3 Little Pigs Baby Shop will send customer photo before packing and delivery. We will check the product carefully on each items to guarantee customer satisfaction. As our baby products are personalized and health concerns, we are apologized that no refund will be made.
